We are looking for a versatile, intelligent and enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to report directly to our CEO, Scott Jordan. This isn't your typical administrative job. Why? Because our CEO isn't your typical CEO! 

The core responsibilities as the Administrative Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicating with media, influencers, etc. on behalf of the CEO. Public relations/media outreach experience is a huge plus! 
  • Coordinating special events for the CEO (speaking engagements, media appearances, trade show appearances, etc.) 
  • Managing the CEO’s complete travel schedule (must be able to handle last-minute changes) 
  • Editing and completing first drafts for written communications to external stakeholders
  • Organizing and leading projects using Basecamp software
  • Kick ass (figuratively) and take names (literally)
  • Facilitating cross-divisional coordination of travel and outreach plans
  • Traveling to trade shows and other events as the CEO's proxy
  • Participating as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings, attending and taking notes during meetings
  • Providing support during meetings with executive staff; must exercise high discretion and confidentiality
  • Researching and “figuring out” solutions for all types of tasks
  • Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO, President, COO, and internal departments; must demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
  • Managing special projects, as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • You must be willing to relocate to beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho. 
  • You must be an exceptional writer who can write both casual and formal emails quickly and with accuracy.
  • You must be HYPER ORGANIZED to the point of OBSESSION. Not kidding.
  • You need to be comfortable with ambiguity, with a strong ability to “figure it out” on the fly.
  • You must be open to change. We do not follow traditional PR rules and we are always shifting.
  • You must be someone who works quickly AND efficiently.
  • You must be willing to work odd hours occasionally. Scott never stops working, and sometimes, he'll need your help. 
  • You must have a sense of humor. While pockets are serious business, we are a quirky group that believes wholeheartedly in the “Work Hard, Play Hard” philosophy!

We need an "A-player" who is not afraid to try new things. We need a pro who can get tasks done and bring unrelenting enthusiasm to work every day. Bottom line.
